How do u copy DVD's onto CD-R's

All i want to know is how can i simply copy a DVD onto a a blank CD (CD-R). I dont have a DVD Drive. All I have is a CD-RW and a normal Disk Drive on a Windows ME computer. What Programs do I need if I need any and what do I do?

 

1) You don't have a DVD-ROM -> You cant do it.
