how do you change hard drives?

    i got a xcuter 3 chip with a version 1.4 xbox.

    I want to change my xbox's hard drive with an 160 gb hd. I heard that with the Xcuter 3 that you don't need the program slayer. if you don't or if you do can anyone tell me what to do or give me a link to a tutorial. tx
