I have an iso for an xbox game, but its in NTSC format. Is there any way to convert NTSC to PAL as an iso, or do i have to do something else?

You shouldn't have to do anything at all to it. Your xbox will take care of changing the format, there are only a few hard coded pegion games.. Psychonauts is the only one I can think of off hand.
If your tv is reasonably modern it will cope with ntsc 60 as standard as it will detect the standard and organise itself accordingly. You may have to change the game region in the dash from default to auto, but that will probably be the only trouble you might have.

the easiest way is to find a huge sledge hammer and slam the top of your xbox 7 times, it compresses the chips inside into the PAL format
