how do you convert torrent files??

    I downloaded some dmb shows from antsmarching.org using utorrent, now how do I convert them to files I can use...listen to, burn , etc???

    the files are currently in mk4.nbox+.flac16, c1000.flac, mk4.flac16, and cmc2a.flac16

    Hmmm not heard of that file type before, try googling it
