How do you shrink an ISO file

Need to shrink an ISO file or convert it into something that DVD shrink can handle. Anybody got any ideas?

 

If the ISO is a video in DVD format and ripped to your HD, open the ISO using Open Disc Image under File (top left of Shrink window). Don't mistake that with Open Disc. I suggest not ripping in ISO mode. Shrink can convert to ISO if needed.
