Simply put... Why does weather affect my internet connection? I use 15MB/S cable. My connection gets bogged down a lot during any type of bad weather (excessive wind/rain/snowstorms/etc.). I know since I live in an apartment complex that the more people using the cable internet, the slower it can be. But this is way worse than any peak usage time. And I also know that lines can be knocked down and all that outside which could slow things down, but a quick call to my ISP shows that isn't the problem... So I am at a loss as to what could be happening...

But I figured a loose connection would cause my connection to stop every now and then...
