i have on dvd title english region 2.. but i my dvd player can t play all colors... only black and white... how i can make one new dvd and play correctly in dvd player..?

That makes no sense [your ripped files playing in Black & White] I'd think that it's probably your DVD Player. Are you able to play both PAL & NTSC ..?
yes. no sense.. in my pc...work well... but in my dvd player...so black and white color... i change in remote control... for ntsc, pal and automatic... and nothing...i rty my tv...change systems... and not work... stilll black and white... in my pc i use windvd and it palys with colours...i know that european region is 25 fps and in my country is 29 fps..
PAL [which is 25 fps] is not a region thing... It sounds like a hardware problem of some kind , now that you've explained a little more
