I am relative newbie. I've already looked in the menus of my tools and in this forum and at dvdhelp.com. Please do not flame me. I have a DVD-R about 90 minutes long. It's all ONE chapter, which is tedious. Which of the tools I have will let me put chapter breaks in this movie, about every 5 minutes, but I don't care if it's exactly that. Tools: QuickTime Pro 7 DVD2oneX ffmpegX HandBrake Sizzle Toast 6 Titanium yade x VCDGear Sorry if it's a dumb question. Just point me in the right direction please.
i thought sizzle would be able to do this.. i have it, but havent actually had the need to use it. imovie that came from: http://www.newschool.edu/ac/FAQ/Q&Apages/cdwriting.htm i know that when i use toast 6 to burn from mpg, it inserts them on its own. you can try that.. burn it to an RW and see what happens.
Sizzle looks promising. I overlooked the chapters tab, and I also found the help text for chapters. I've managed to get chapter breaks into the first of five VTS_01_X files from the VIDEO_TS folder, and soon I'll have figured out how to get a disc image of all five of them together. A bit of experimentation with the buttons and their functions in Sizzle should do it. Thanks. If that doesn't work, I'll follow some of your other leads.
