How long it take to finish firmware update on Benq1655?

    How long it takes to finish firmaware upgrade? It has been updating for the past 10 minutes already. I got impatient and turned off the power.
    I appreciate your help.

    Should be done in 30-60 seconds
    10 min definitely indicates something wrong.
    Would download firmware uptdate, then reboot to Win Safe Mode before retry.

    Just did my 1650 with BCIC and took less than 45 secs.
