    the model of my motherboard is - ASUSTek computer inc. P4SD-VL

    is this enough info for you to tell me what hard disk:) ???

    Holy Mother of Mary. I combed Heaven and Earth to find specs on your motherboard, but it looks like its a really old board. However, it appears like your motherboard model uses the Intel 865PE Chipset, and that means you can have up to an Ultra ATA/100 hard drive.

    And sorry I was at my buddy's place for New Years couldnt respond to your question.
