If you look at Rotary's sig gif, I added his name to it so there is no confusing it anymore.

but does he change it in the sig, or does he give the modified pic to the user and then the user puts it in his sig?

I have added many names to users sig gifs for them. They were [bold]their gifs[/bold] that I made changes to. I only made one gif from scratch* so far.

I use a couple of software programs to open, separate, add items such as text, close, then re-gif them into an animation.

I made it smaller, added your sig nick and slowed down the lights that blind ya!!!
