How to add subtitles to a HD .ts file?

I've been really getting into making HD-DVDs out of all my captured HD movies in ts format. But I have one movie from a Korean broadcast that I'm absolutely dieing to get reauthored, but I'm stuck. I have an srt sub file for the movie, but I have no idea how to add the subtitle track to the .ts file. I can't do it in my authoring program (ULead 5). I have some experience adding subs to dvds, but not HD files. There has to be a way though right? Any help would be very much appreciated.
