    Hi,
I used a program called wniavi to split and convert a divx file into vcd. If you don't know the program, it has a has function of splitting as it converts. I split at around 650 mbs.

The first vcd disk plays fine, but the 2nd one is a no go (3 attempts at burning) using Roxio.

Any suggestions?? Is the second file in need of some sort of encoding or something??

    Thanks in advance.

Try useing "Tmpgenc" to encode as it has a "Source Range" feature you can use to encode your Movie in Parts...
Also you can fit up to 800mb on a 700mb CD-R in VCD format....
