hey i just made an animated gif and i would like to convert it to a video format on a mac how can i do this? Thanx in advance

it would be ultra useful for me, to know if there is any program for mac (or windows, but mac preferred), that could do the opposite. i.e; avi to gif, or any video format file to gif, for that matter. would be greatly appreciated if one of y'all could help ;-D
