It would take much to long to explain how to vectorize a image, let alone each howto do it. And besides there are tons of guides all over the internet for this. So... if you want upload the file on the net and post a url in this thread as long as the image isn't do advanced I'll vectorize it, otherwise look into a program called Vector Magic that will automatically vectorize the image.

Well does it matter to you as long as I use a similar font?

Thought I'd give you a update. I got bogged down between my school work, and my job and didn't have the time to complete the vectorization. I am going to work on it all tonight and try to finish off.

Heres just a .png of the vectorized logo. I was playing around with dualbooting my system and screwed up my windows partition via a linux disk editing tool. Before I realized my mistake I had already told the program to do the work to the HD so I lost my windows install. So I recovered a lot including this PNG image of the vectorized logo but I couldn't get the actual vectorized illustrator file though.

dankleko, sorry but this is a pay program and there is no free version. I'm afraid if you want to use it you'll have to buy it.

    There are a few options...

    1)Adobe Illustrator (obviously)
2)Scribus (open source Adb. Ill. alternatice, not the best interface)
3)Vector Magic (Cheaper, but less options)

That is about all I can think of at the moment.

I have used scribus.. quite like it though development seems to have stalled..

Will these do jpg/gif to some vector format? Sorry.. graphics aren't my strong subject.
