   hello everybody.. can someone guide me through how to create a cue if i only have bin ? I extracted this file that only have bin and no cue..

   In notepad, type the following:
   
   FILE "IMS-MGP2.BIN" BINARY
   TRACK 01 MODE1/2352
   
   INDEX 01 00:00:00
   
   but replace whatever is in the " " with the name of the .bin file you have. This will work with most bin files. unless it's a movie with more than 1 track (like a release group into or something)
