How to ftp network a xbox

    does anybody know how to ftp network a xbox. i have all the hardware you could imagine. please help i have learned alot from the forums but not enough.
    like i know how to browse through the files "as show in this link
    http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/403609" but i don't know how to set them up.

    are you using a crossover cable or two ethernet cords and a router?

    i have the second network card. do i need a hub router switch etc.
