Ok so I lost my music on my pc running Windows XP, and have my music on my iPhone. Is there a way that I can put them back on the computer using a free program. No ssh either.

Well u could use a program to rip the music from the iPhone back onto your computer. Just try to find a free one in google or you could open up the folder containing your iPhone folders and copy the folder that has the music in it onto the computer. The folder is usually hidden.

I take it you have never tried to spell "itunes" backwards in a search engine ;-)

Blueboyem is right. I googled it and found this program. It'll copy all your ipod music and playlists to iTunes directly from your iphone! It's pretty cool.
