   I downloaded an .avi file but at the momoment i can only hear it. I have used a few different programs to view it but still there is only audio. Can anyone help me?

   Sounds like a codec issue. Go to the software tab above and find the "Codec" link. Install K-Lite Codec pack, then try to view this file again.
