How to make a dvd including subtitles from your pc.

    I have a few foreign movies downloaded on my windows 7 pc. I would like to know how to make a dvd with the subtitles included. I need baby baby steps because I am not good in understanding links. I would love it if you can suggest free programs. I hope someone that has done this already can help me.
