How to move windows root folder?

    i know theres a program that tweaks a hidden registry setting to be able to move the windows folder. as in currently i have thw windows root folder on the D drive id like to transfer it to the C drive. But you can do this without formatting you just have to relocate it but i cant remmeber which program does it could someone help me out id like to do that please?

    i use TuneUp utilities which has this function, just download the trial and change with TuneUp system control.
