How To Optimize Video Playback

    I've been wondering as to how i can optimize the video playback on my Sony Ericsson k790i. When playing videos that i have downloaded, unlike my older phones, the images on the screen don't run smoothly and seem to glitch a little and pause and unpause, though the audio runs perfectly. is there anyway i can fix this problem? possibly by using a certain application?
