How to play/rip non-standard VCD?

I have a couple of VCD's which look non-standard to me. There's no file or directory structure when seen in windoze explorer. I can use VLC to play the disc but playback is choppy.

I used ISObuster to look at the structure and I simply see one session with two tracks. No ISO-9660 structure, nothing.

So how do I go about ripping this to mpeg?

    Here's what ISObuster shows:
    -CD
    |
    |-session 1
    |
    |- track 01
    |- track 02
