Darthnip or anyone out there! I just installed 2 Coolsat 4000 Pro ($450). After a couple of weeks, I get "Scramble Channel." It means, I could not see my Laker game or a movie. If I call the original installer who sold the units to me to install a new program, he wants an arm and a leg. That is unacceptable. Is there any way I can get a new Code or Program, install it into my Coolsat, and Wa...la..., make it work again? Because I am electronically disabled (stupid), you have to guide me step-by-step in order to install the new code or program. Thank you very much for the help.
