Its called winrar. So long as all the parts are together in the same folder winrar will treat them as if they were one large rar file. Just start with either the lowest numbered file or the one at the end with the rar file extension (if it exists, if its not there then just go with the lowest number file)

No, theres only 1 .nds file.

Let me start from the beginning...

A multi-rar archive is one rar file thats broken up into multiple parts. Generally it has filenames like:
    filename.r01
    filename.r02
    exc...

    Sometimes its
    filename.part01.rar
    filename.part02.rar
    exc...

They're just different ways of naming, the files are treated the same. Open the 01 file with winrar (or 7zip, or allzip, or whatever you use to open rar files) and so long as all the parts are together in the same folder winrar will treat them as one large rar file and extract the .nds file. The only hiccup is that sometimes with the .r01 naming system you will have a filename.rar file at the end of the group. In that case start with that one instead of the numbered files.

    to add to penguin98 post.

just right-click on the file with 'filename.rar' and a window pops up, then select 'extract here' you will get 'filename.nds'
this works with 7zip, dont know about other apps. 7zip is free at http://www.7-zip.org/
