I want to archive the Audio & Video streams that are on this site (http://www.dancetrippin.tv) I have tried to look at the sites source-code but it was of no help. I have a feeling the site is using the MMS protocol for its streams. Is there any freeware application to download MMS streams and most importantly how can I get the address of the streams?

You can use URL Snooper or Packet Sniffer software to find the stream URL. Or you can find the redirector URL in your Temporary Internet Files and use several diffferent methods to view the source code of that redirctor URL, to find the stream URL.
