Anytime you have a modded Xbox, it SHOULD give you FTP access. When you have FTP access, you are then able to mod your maps, game content, etc.

 

hey azzidrain can i just connect my xbox and computer to the same router or what?? i mean to get an ftp connection

 

I got to step 11 and im using 007 auf so which should i choose for installing softmods?

 

put dual boot= retail closed = ux

that way when u power it on normaly it loads unleash x and when you power it on via open tray ( eject button) it loads ms dash

so you can play live and still have this softmod installed

hello this may be a stupid question but here goes. i built a flash reader to extract my hd key from the xbox mb and built a new drive with shadys soft mod installed all is working good but some games hang or will not load such as far cry and shadow opps is there a way to make these games work? any help would be apprecated.

 

ok first of all , this is not related you could however make a thread for it , but since im nice enough and have time i will tell you

what you need to do is first clear your E/cache this is the most common issue fixer

2nd you have to download the latest dvd2xbox install it and re burn the game to the hd so that it can get patched correctly. somestime this is another big error with old dvd2xbox versions and you can download it with aid 3 ... check www.xbox-hq.com/html for info

3rd it could be your softmod , but this is unlikely if otehr games funtion well

FOR ANY OTHER issues if none of these work then go to XBOX HQ

just to make sure i buy the correct one

also if i buy xploader with 8mb card that can be linked to pc as well
will that work instead of Action Replay

 

it says on top of first page on what games work ( i recommend NOT getting PLATINUM EDITON)

hey i get a xbox live screen and when i try to click new account or network setup it just goes to the same screenand the linux files isnt on the dash anymore so i cant run it from mech help me plz!!!!!!!!

if already softmoded , simply uninstall softmod by putting your disc and loading the linux , then once u make account re mod it

 

there no linux on the xbox anymore for some reason its gon when i put in the mech game
