How to update firmware on Pioneer DVR108

    I know this question had been ask before. So somebody please show me how to update firmware on Pioneer DVR108.
    - I already down load file ......DVR108_FW120B.exe from Pioneer website.
    - Now what step I have to do next ??????

    PLEASE.

    The download should have contained a readme file...follow the instructions.

    A few quotes from the page you downloaded !


    If there is no READMe file, the exe file will have a step by step instructions.


    And I may add :- TURN off all applications while you are updating the Firmware -- screensavers, antivirus,firewall....... !
