Question for the masses. I got into a discussion with a co-worker about memeory rated speed vs. fsb speed. If your using a processor that supports 533 fsb and you use memeory at a 667 speed how unstable will it be. My co-worker doesnt think it will be unstable at all. He thinks that it will run at the 533 speed. I, on the other hand think it will be unstable and crash. What do u think??

I think it'll run at the 533 speed. That's certainly the way it used to work. Of course if you bought decent RAM it wouldn't even matter if it was running at 667mhz, it'd be stable anyway.

everything runs as fast as your slowest component, it wil downclock itself so yes it will be stable.
