Is there anyway to see that a *.mpg file is a vcd or svcd?

well an easy way to tell if it is is if the file length is like 100mb for 10minutes its vcd, for svcd, you wouldnt really know, get tmpgenc and click file - mpeg tools, then click multiplex tab, add it in and see if its mpeg 2 with a birate around 2530 or lower!
