HP 3325 Printer Problems

    Printer is a HP 3325 deskjet printer. Just changed the black ink cartridges - followed the instructions PERFECTLY. Go to print work says a message "Black ink cartridge is not compatible with your printer, please buy a HP one" or something like that. The thing is, the cartridge is IDENTICAL to the one I had previously in my printer. Ive done everything I can and it STILL shows me this message.

    PLEASE HELP!!! I need to get my H/W printed out :D

    Try an HP ink cartridge.

    It IS a HP ink cartridge!!!

    Any other ideas?

    i presume you have reseated the cartridge. is possible the new cartridge is doa as in "dead on arrival".
