HP dvd1040e external

    im having problems burning audio cds
    i have used many programs to burn and it all comes out scratchy or it doesn't play...i think it is because the slowest speed to burn is 16 and i think that is to fast....can someone help me and give me a fast response

    what burner program(s) are you using? what is your computer specs including usb as in usb 1 or 2?
