When I press the power button the CPU, power supply, and video card fans run and the power button lights, but nothing else happens - no POST, no BIOS, no video signal to monitor.

I have replaced the CPU, re-seated all plugs and cards, and cleared the BIOS.

Does anyone have any suggestions for where to go from here?

Have you tried another monitor/cable/video card?

What you're saying sounds like the PC is booting fine, you're just not seeing it? You would at least expect to see a BIOS screen or something.

try another psu as most likely the 3.3volts is gone. also check the silver top cans on the motherboard that they are not domed like a frozen can of pop.

The monitor is good, as is the video card. The computer appears not to be booting at all.

None of the caps on the motherboard appear to be blown. Ill try your suggestion about the psu tomorrow (wife has the truck today).
