Hello, i just bought a HP Pavilion PC and right now i'm having a problem
    - It seems that it won't recognize any dvds, like data dvds or just even store bought dvds. If anyone could help, it would be much appricaited.

Can you be more specific? Does it just not autoplay them, or are they not even accessible from my computer?
Is there a DVD drive icon in my computer? Does anything happen when you double click it?

Well it doesnt autoplay any of the DVDs but there is a DVD drive icon in my computer, and when i do click on the dvd drive icon, something pops up and says There is no DVD. So im not sure if it plays certain dvds or something like that.

It obviously doesn't recognise the DVD in the drive. This can sometimes happen with blank DVDs that you burn, but if it's the same with working data DVDs (e.g. ones that contain software or games) then the DVD drive is faulty.
Does the PC just have one DVD drive? Many pre-built PCs have two, so make sure you're trying to access the right one!

My PC only has one dvd drive, there is something else there, but it is called an expansion bay.

That literally means you have the option to install another there.
That being the case it looks like the DVD drive is faulty. Better ask HP about that one.
