Tried IE in the shop just now.. no nasties there, just the sidebar ads and the banners. Still haven't managed to generate a popup at home, or anywhere else for that matter. I'm starting to think these may be cookie related.
European style -- four weeks at summer, one at winter (yes, I've lived in States too with "two weeks a year" plan , as required by legislation. But as a webmaster, yes, here I am, answering to you while on my vacation ;-) Got confirmation yesterday night that yes, the pops should be gone by now.
see - another reason why the UK is known as RipOff Britain (and also why we miss out on the good things in Europe) - 24days off a year here
7th, you sure you want to move ? As drD is on holiday, yet he still has to answer his email (sounds suspiciously like working to me)
yea, and in the states the more kids you have the more money you make, they basically pay you to have sex! the us is great in my eyes!
Might have something to do with the fact that I own (big part of) the company I work for?-) But anyway, this topic is nearing its closure, as I assume the "popping ad" problem has been solved now, right?
I did not get a pop-out today at work, but i was busy. Everyone want their car fixed if they think it will improve gas mileage! Hopefully, that's the last of them.
Huh...i'll have to look for 'em today at work. @Scott Yeah, i've got some friends that are interested in purchasing the kit and having me install it for them. I've been reading on it here and there. Haven't done one yet though.
@Scott,until now, no. But just watched your link. By every rule, it violates the first law of thermodynamics, yet I saw the news reel, and it works. Need to investigate more. If in fact it does work, I need to get one. Thanks for the heads up.
You going to put one (or already have) on your ZR2 Blazer Zoso? My work car is a '95 Metro 3cyl. 5 speed. It gets damn near 50mph as is. BTW no ads as of yet and i've had aD up all morning. EDIT: Spelling.
