    Please download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri)
Run the file, it will extract Smitfraudfix to its own folder and run.

Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press "Enter"; a text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present).
Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.

Note: process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool"; it is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.

Click Start>Run type in appwiz.cpl and hit Enter. From the list uninstall any/all instances of the Java Runtime Environment. The version(s) you have installed is old and can be exploited if left installed. You can close the Add/Remove Programs window when done.

Run and scan with HijackThis and place checks beside the following:

    R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - _{CFBFAE00-17A6-11D0-99CB-00C04FD64497} - (no file)
    O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {2BAF272F-493A-4A27-8FBE-FD5101A3F47C} - (no file)

    O16 - DPF: {CAFEEFAC-0014-0001-0002-ABCDEFFEDCBA} (Java Runtime Environment 1.4.1_02) -
    O20 - Winlogon Notify: rpcc - C:\WINDOWS\system32\rpcc.dll (file missing)

Close all open windows/browsers and click the Fix button.

    Reboot.

    Go here:

    http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp

Scroll down to Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 and click the Download button.

Click the radial button beside Accept License Agreement... the page will refresh.

Then click the link for the Windows Offline Installation, Multi-language and install the newest version of Java.

Post a new HijackThis log when done.

    Thanks.

    Question... do you know this:

    O15 - Trusted Zone: *.webex.com
    O16 - DPF: {E06E2E99-0AA1-11D4-ABA6-0060082AA75C} (GpcContainer Class) - https://linmar.webex.com/client/v_mywebex-t20/support/ieatgpc.cab

Or why it would be in IE's Trusted Zone?

This one shouldn't be there still:

    O20 - Winlogon Notify: rpcc - C:\WINDOWS\system32\rpcc.dll (file missing)

Run and scan with HijackThis and place a check beside the following:

    O20 - Winlogon Notify: rpcc - C:\WINDOWS\system32\rpcc.dll (file missing)

Close all open browsers/windows and click the Fix button.

Reboot and post a new HijackThis log please.

Yes, that is a support application that I use for my work. I will get rid of those other 2 instances after work and post something tonight. Thanks for all your help.
