The movies plays on itunes and it is sync'd into my ipod, but when i try to play it, the only thing i see is the first screen shot, i can still hear all of the audio, what am i doing wrong. I checked itunes and said the dvd was in the correct format, but my ipod will not work
Maybe you should check up what files format support your iPod (I guess mp4). So you should convert your files to this format. Actually there are a lot of software which can do this. As for me I use MelodyCan.
you probably got this fix by now, but the problem your having, you have your tv out set to on, go into video settings and set tv out off. Good luck.
