i cant open exe file in windows 7 help!!

    im using for the first time windows 7 ultimate
    and i have installed a game
    which is blur.exe
    im trying to move this file to another file but it doesn't let me
    a message appears saying
    you do not have permission to perform this action
    what appears to be the problem?

    try right clicking and select run as administrator.

    or disable the uac under your account in control panel.
