The only problem I have had with ICopyDVDs2 is with disks with more than one episode of a program. Serafim, try it with Anydvd, the actual free copy of DVD43 doesn't work on a lot of the dvd's but so far (knock wood) Anydvd has worked really well and I have backed up in excess of 40 movies.
I have already shared my experience regarding ICopyDVDs2. Now I mainly use Nero with DVD43. As for DVD43 (the free version), I have had no problem so far. Here's a trick: If DVD43 doesn't work the first time, try toggle it off and on. If you see a mad face, then a green one, BINGO!
deb432002, Thanks! AnyDVD is the solution I was looking for. I am able to backup my DVDs now, although I'll have to pay another $30 when the free trial for AnyDVD runs out. I'm just glad it works. Thanks again
I have AnyDvd & would recommend it highly, I use it in conjunction with DVD43 (free version from http://www.dvd43.com/, not the dvdidle.com version which you have to pay for!) I have not had a disc I cannot back up yet. (Sounds like something Murray Walker would say, then inevitably curse!)
I need help. Like most of you i got i copy dvd 2 for free with the rebate. But i got a new computer and don't have the product code for my software. Does anyone know how to get past the registration for i copy dvds 2?
vdawg, Did you check the envelope that the disk was in? On mine which I received with my computer the license number and password were printed right on the envelope.
