I've got 93 files taht look like this 'xpdvd-wtl-dts-ntsc-dvdr.002'

They aren't rar files as I already extracted a rar and these 93 files were the result. I think they are image files but the icon is just the generic file icon.

What do I need to do?

What should I do if I do have a bunch of files instead of an image? (I understand the regular packing techniques and image formats.)

Open up Nero Burning Rom, UDF/ISO or just UDF (depending on folder sizes). Once opened, drag n drop your files and burn the disc.

Also, this doesn't work all of the time. Sometimes you actually need the exact order of the files.

Thanks for your reply. Turns out that I didn't need to burn it after all, so I haven't tried and don't know whether it would have worked.

neither, just use your burning program to burn and image and direct it at the cue. do a seacr hfor bin and cue, you'll get more detailed info, most likely for the software you use.

    hi there michael

you dont join the files, you uncompress them

use winrar to do this, right click on the first file and select "extract here"
if that doesnt work, simply open the first rar file with winrar, tehn extract it from there

    cheers!!

i unfortunately don't have the means to do that all i can say is that it appears as just a file, not as an iso disk, or anything else just a file without a source to open it.

What i'm trying to say is you know when you download a file, but you don't have the recommended source to open it the file is just sorta left a certain way, thats how it is.

It doesn't have none of that there is no extension, its okay though i had found a way to extract the iso but it was corrupted anyway.

another daft noobs question. I have files withextension .001 - .040 and a sfv file. I have win rar and other programs that i thought would recognise these files but it doesnt seem to pick it upas no program is associated with the files. In my haste I went and changed the extension on the .001 file to rar and when i opn it is shows a iso file. Now when I go to extract it it says I need a .000 file and it aint there! where am I going wrong or should I not have changed it to a rar (and if so how can I change it back!?) and what should I use to get this working!

Ive looked for an answer, and I have probably missed it, but can anyone help???

    cheers
