Question I have a question about Kindle Fire HDX

I am trying to find out if there is any other Web Browsers I can use other Silk Browser. Because there is a problem with Silk Browser it keeps crashing & I did the Troubleshoot Amazon wanted me to do & that never helped & I asked was there another Web Browser I could use & they kept saying there was not another one I could use. Also the only thing Amazon wanted me to was either a factory reset or send a new one & I don't see how either would the problem with just one App
