when did ya buy it? If its recently then yes,

 

i ordered one on the 21/11/09 and one on the 22/11/09 and they both came together on the 24th

 

get onto paypal then, that will put a stop to there gallop, send them a mail to that effect as the goods are not what you bought.

 

i have put a dispute in with paypal so they will receive an email just hope i get my money back or there wont be any pressies for the kids this christmas because i am going to have to shell out for more boxes from another supplier

 

supplier not responding to me via paypal. somebody has offered to fix the boxes on another forum for a small charge, not sure what to do?
he says he can sort it and put clone safe software on it
