I Need conversion Help..

    i wanted to upload part of a video that im in to myspace. The part was on a dvd so i went into dvdshrink and re-authored the dvd to only have the part im in and now i have a vts_01_1 VOB file. How can i convert this to one of the Acceptable formats: .asf, .wmv, .mov, .qt, .3g2, .3gp, .3gp2, .3gpp, .gsm, .mpg, .mpeg, .mp4, .m4v, .mp4v, .cmp, .divx, .xvid, .264, .rm, .rmvb, .flv.

    A VOB file is actually an mpeg2 file. All you need to do is change the extension to .mpg or .mpeg and that's it, after that you can use it as-is or convert it into another format using any of the well known file converter software out there. You might feel like reducing it to a more compact format, though, if it is a big file, or you'll be spending a long time uploading it.

    You can give it a better name if you want, you could call it myvideo.mpg or my wedding.mpg for example.
