well at the dashboard there is an option to load ms dashboard and i tried it once and it said there is no such file as msdash or sumtin like that

 

That is right. As I said above, the softmod has relocated or removed the ms dash. Your ms dash maybe in the backup folder on E drive. But I dont know it is full or not.

You can download ms dash by following the link my sig. and look for download.

 

To play xbox live in softmod (less chance getting banned), you have to boot xbox directly to ms dash.

I have a way to reinstall the ms dash now.

 

I have now dashboard i cant get anywere on it i cant get on flash Fxp it wont connect it just comes up a green screen say the call custmer support thing in different languages i dont know what to do

 

i need an xbox dash board the old one and when i turn my xbox on a green screen comes up with the call customer support in different languages. I think i need to use flash Fxp that is what i used to put mods on

 

what error code do you have?

 

look like you did softmod the xbox. did it work before? what actually happen to xbox to make it screwed?

ok I can fix your xbox if you can do hotswap. It will not hurt your xbox. Hotswap method will let pc read the xbox hdd. read this

never mind i dont need to i found out about xbc and so i just play that instead of xbox live but thanks for the help

 

just say rstor ms backup and when you restart your old dashboard will be there
