Are you saying that i cannot backup my xbox games with decrypter and play them in my normal xbox? If it is modded with a lager hard drive ,can i then simply backup with decrypter. I apologize for my stupidity and simple mindedness
No you can't backup with Decrypter, you have to FTP the game from the xbox to your pc, create an XISO then burn to dvd with Decrypter/Nero/Alchol etc.
The only drive that will READ an xbox game is an xbox dvd drive. So you will have to use the xbox to READ the game and then transfer the files to your pc in order to back it up.
ok, very different from ps2. So by getting a larger harddrive it will hold more games right. And by purchasing a chip the xbox can read downloaded games or what? What is the chip for if my xbox can already have games saved on the harddrive
