I really hate my Phillips Xbox Dvd drive!!!!!

    well just got back my xbox:)but with no saved files on it. i knew this was a possibility there goes my full season on espn football and GASP all my morrowind saves:-( MS was no help they wont tell me what they did replace/repair??? for my 80 bucks!!and it still makes a noise but much less noticeable.any body else have this experience?
