ideas wanted

    i was just wondering what would be a good home projector just for movies in a medium sized room
    with a small budget of $200 tops $400,
    any thoughts, comments, suggestions, or anything else welcome

    At that budget your choices are limited. You will be looking at an SCGA projector. Try and get one with around 400:1 contrast or so.

    Your best bet is most likely going to be Ebay. There are some great deals to be had, but just make sure that the projectors are in good condition without too much lamp time used.

    i seen this small tool that projects your tv on the wall
    i bought it but if it sux i only paid $7.00 so what the heck

    Yeah, the fesnel option lol - it aint the best - its a DIY kit but the image will be in reverse and the quality, clarity, depth and contrast will be very poor.

    i read on the site or somewhere that you have to flip your tv upside down do you know whats up with that, also does that mean if the movie or t.v. show has subtitles that they will be backwards?

    Different ones work different ways. I dont think u have to flip the TV upside down unless there are mirrors involved in the process, but yes, subtitles are backwards in it.
