Microsoft's support for Windows 10 will end on October, 2025, and yet its sales are still outpacing Windows 11. The only reason Windows 11 is selling at its current rate is because it comes preinstalled in new laptops and desktops. https://www.forbes.com/sites/zakdof...ad-news-15-million-windows-users-now-at-risk/
My main old last PC build still has 7 & 10 on it and probably gets more use than the Wife's Asus Laptop with 11. I only use 11 to do the finances on and read/post on occasion. I have really stepped away from the unrelenting BS & toxicity of M$ products over the years. My disdain is deep starting with Win 95 & 98 but was really cemented when the 360 debacle screwed me over ~ and we all know how loud I was about THAT around here back in the day...
Yeah I am a "character" aren't I? Almost as if right out of a weird Video Game. I'd love to hear your thoughts on my thread this morning ~ https://forums.afterdawn.com/thread...ling-grateful-hopeful-loved-motivated.801761/ It's probably been a decade since I have written like that.
It's probably been a decade since some of our members read more than two or three paragraphs. I never really got into gaming consoles after PS1 because that's about the same time I began playing early computer games. In the summer of 1996 I built my first PC which soon after lead to overclocking, and PC games were often used to test performance. That being said I think I still have a PS1 and PS2 in storage.
