Is there a substitute for IFOEdit that I can use on My XP OS for splitting?

I have XP pro, and IFOedit works fine for me.

I too have XP (Home Edition) There are a few things that don't work (some of the buttons) so I use the drop down menus instead.

Other than that, it works fine.
