Help! My burner used to work before and burnt DVDs. Now, it always gives me an illegal disc error. I have looked at other threads, used the solutions recommended but have not helped. My firmware is upgraded as well. If those issues started after you switched media,that's the first thing to change. Princo media is usally crap. You're trying to burn these at 2x which is way too slow. Try 4x. That would be the Sony +1x-16x.These are very easy to find if you have a staples or a best buy store.
